Lean, online projects
A typical project lasts from 2 to 6 weeks and can be done fully remotely. You will work together with our experienced Customer Success team that will guide you through the set-up and implementation process.
The entire Dear Lucy concept is based on “out-of-the-box” metrics and dashboards that we have built over the years with our clients. We have worked with hundreds of sales directors and teams and have a solid understanding of what sales teams typically like to measure.
With this in mind, we never need to start with a blank slate but can provide you with best practice examples to help you get started quickly and help you choose the right approach for you.
A typical project
During the project, we help you integrate Dear Lucy and data-driven practices into your team’s day-to-day work.
The project typically starts with identifying your needs, selecting the suitable metrics, and building the first interactive dashboard views for the most important user groups. You will also receive guidance on how to improve your CRM data in order to produce the required KPIs in case you are missing some key information.
We help you define goals and select the most suitable sales forecasting model for your business. We help you set up user groups, invite users, and train your team to make the most of Dear Lucy.
If you would like, we can also act as an external Dear Lucy administrator for your team: manage user groups and access rights, invite new team members, and take care of updates and adjustments as need be.
